FAQs
-
Inconspicuous Games are facilitated team games played in public spaces… inconspicuously!
Our flagship game is a take on Capture-The-Flag, designed so teams win through strategy, coordination, and shared decision making rather than speed or strength. -
This works best for teams that want something more meaningful (and memorable) than a typical team outing. It’s especially great for mixed-role teams, leadership groups, and anyone tired of icebreakers that feel forced or awkward.
-
Not at all! These games are designed so speed and strength don’t win… teamwork does. Quieter voices often shine, and even the most competitive players have to collaborate to succeed.
-
Most games are designed for groups of about 14–30 people. For larger teams, we can run multiple games at once. We’ll help you figure out what makes the most sense.
-
Games happen in high-traffic public spaces like landmarks, parks, or highly populated downtown areas. Everything is planned in advance so it feels seamless & intentional.
We lead games in Minneapolis & NYC at venues including:
Minneapolis Institute of Art, the Mall of America, Grand Central Station, Oculus, Bryant Park, The Met Museum, Time Warner Center, and Times Square. -
Each game is fully facilitated from start to finish. A trained facilitator meets your team at your office, offsite, or game venue to set the stage with a brief learning-oriented introduction and clear game instructions. From there, they stay with you as the game unfolds. The full experience lasts about two hours, including light travel time depending on location.
